Eiendomsspar upgrades the bike parking at Dronningens gate 40 in Oslo with charging systems from Ampliuz
With its nine above-ground floors, in addition to a basement level and attic, the building has a total gross floor area of 8,300 square meters. Dronningens gate 40 is a modern office and commercial building. The electronics retailer Power occupies the ground floor, while the upper floors contain office spaces.
As a corner property, the building has façades facing Biskop Gunnerus gate, Skippergata, and Dronningens gate. The property features a representative office entrance, separate from the retail area, and two elevators serving all floors. Bicycle parking for tenants has been established in the basement.
Dronningens gate 40 is BREEAM In-Use certified at the Very Good level.
